CARE before Depression sets in..

When an individual experiences inadequacy of positive reinforcements and frequent punishments..the individual may start to withdraw from social interaction ( originating isolation ) and its reward seeking behaviour ( lowering the levels of dopamine and serotonin in body) ..which further may lead an individual towards sadness, loneliness, sleeplessness and gradually develop depress like behaviour..if depress like behaviour turns chronic it becomes easier for clinical depression to sweep its way in the individual's life. It is one of the ways how depression origins and remember that it does not have a face, which makes it illusive and disguised.

But this interaction between the individual and its environment (the people around the individual) does not only reflect the behaviour mechanisms of the individual but also showcases how the environment is developing a narcissistic viewpoint.

Thus, NOW is the time we all must start to act gratefully and appreciate people around us. Like this we will be able to keep a check on our narcissism and take care of people with tendency of developing depression.
