With over 7 years of clinical practice since 2018, Mrs Priyashi Srivastava is a seasoned RCI Licensed Psychologist and the visionary founder of Vairagya Mind & Wellness Center. Her work spans diverse clinical settings, including hospitals, academic institutions, and international platforms.
She has worked extensively with global clients across the USA, Canada, Australia, Austria, and Nepal, offering culturally sensitive mental health services. Her clinical expertise includes working with individuals, couples, and groups using integrative psychotherapeutic approaches.
Mrs Priyashi has collaborated with reputed institutions such as IILM University (Gurugram), Women’s Engineering College (Chennai), and Deen Dayal Upadhyay College (Delhi University), contributing as a facilitator, guest speaker, and mental health consultant. She is also actively involved in mentoring young psychologists and providing supervision to emerging professionals in the field.
Her contributions have been recognized through invitations as a chief guest, panelist, and facilitator by several schools and NGOs committed to mental wellness and education.

Ms Radhika Jaiswal is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in trauma-informed care, de-addiction and psychiatric rehabilitation, dedicated to helping individuals regain control of their lives and mental well-being. With extensive experience in working with patients facing addiction, mood disorders, trauma, and other psychiatric conditions, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique journey.
Her approach is committed to building resilience, fostering emotional stability, and empowering individuals to develop healthier coping mechanisms. She integrates various therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, ISTDP, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, to support long-term recovery and mental health stability.


​Aajaani Saikia
Counselling Psychologist
& Wellness Coordinator

Aajaani Saikia is a trauma-informed counselling psychology practitioner grounded in Carl Rogers’ Person centered Approach, with complementary training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and a Master’s in Social Work eith specialization in Counseling from Jamia Millia Islamia.
Through internships at organisations such as Shakti Shalini in New Delhi—an NGO running a shelter home for survivors of gender-based violence—and The Richmond Fellowship Society (India) in Bangalore, where she supported residents at a rehabilitation centre. Aajaani has worked closely with individuals experiencing trauma, emotional distress, and psychosocial challenges. She employs a client centered, eclectic approach—integrating trauma-sensitive and holistic perspectives—and adapts techniques fluidly to meet each client’s unique needs in the moment.
